Where a landing divides the stairs, one lift per flight can work, though it means moving from one seat to the other. The Helix can instead carry you the whole way in one seat.
The SL300 supports riders up to 300 pounds. The SL600 supports up to 350 pounds and has a wider seat. It also folds slightly closer to the wall: as little as 10.5 inches, compared with 11 inches for the SL300.
